Noblesville Street Dance
Noblesville Main Street will hold the 26th annual Noblesville Street Dance on the historic courthouse square on Saturday, July 8, from 4 p.m. – 11 p.m. Admission is free and the event is open to the public. Riverview Health and the City of Noblesville will serve as the title sponsors of this year’s event.
At 4 p.m. the dancing begins with house music and then at 5 p.m. Noblesville DJ Gene Ott will start the evening on the main stage to get the crowd moving. Then Main Street welcomes back to the stage a previous Street Dance headliner, The Bishops, starting at 7 p.m. until 11 p.m.
In addition to all the fun activities that attendees have come to expect, many are returning favorites: a new beer garden area is planned for Logan Street and Wafford Theater is presenting a FREE showing of the movie The Shaggy Dog at dusk at Federal Hill Commons. Bring your blankets and chairs and enjoy. The Kids Zone presented by Primrose School of Noblesville and Republic Services will be open from 4 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. with games, prizes and activities for kids. The Pacers Fan Van will return with interactive displays located near the Kids Zone. The Classic Car Show returns to feature vintage autos from around central Indiana. Car show awards will be given out at approximately 7:15 p.m. in three categories: People’s Choice, Mayor’s Choice and Best of Show.
Come and sample great food and beverages from several food vendors at the event, which will feature delicious treats prepared by local Noblesville restaurants. Or, kick back, relax and watch the show while enjoying dinner at your favorite downtown restaurant.
